About the Role
As a customer-facing technical sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing call plans to ensure efficient coverage of customers. You will also develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will provide engineering backup to distributors and end-users, both theoretical and hands-on. Additionally, you will ensure that all customer calls and information are updated in our system on a regular basis.
Your Key Responsibilities

* Develop market understanding to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
* A recognized degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a relevant field is essential. Mechanical trade certificates are also encouraged.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing technical sales role with a successful track record.
* Experience in the rotating equipment field would be highly advantageous.
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills are required.
