Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at head office.

You will contribute to the financial sustainability of our services through accurate reporting, strategic analysis, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare Annual Consolidated Financial Reports (ACFR) and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across all care streams
", "
* Compile Quarterly Financial Reports (QFR) for internal and external use
", "
* Conduct financial benchmarking and submissions including Stewart Brown
", "
* Perform monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and trend forecasting
", "
* Deliver ad hoc Prophix reporting and support for Board and executive updates
", "
* Develop financial reports for grant agreements and government obligations
", "
* Prepare and maintain annual budgets and reforecasts for HCP, TCP, and NATSIFAC
", "
* Conduct rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
", "
* Align budgets with service delivery in collaboration with operational teams
", "
* Resolve financial queries from community teams and grant stakeholders
", "
* Deliver training on reporting tools and financial systems
", "
* Engage with grant providers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
", "
* Manage financial allocations and segment-aligned journal postings
", "
* Prepare semi-annual NATSIFAC reports and oversee grant expenditure tracking
", "
* Monitor sector reforms and provide guidance on financial implications
", "

Required Skills and Qualifications:
", "
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
", "
CPA or CA qualification (highly desirable)
", "
In-depth knowledge of aged care sector regulations and funding models
", "
Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
", "
Demonstrated experience in working with auditors and funding bodies
", "
Proficiency in systems such as Epicor, Medius, AvantCare, Prophix, PowerBi
", "
Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills
", "
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
", "
High attention to detail and data accuracy
", "
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
", "
Benefits:

Base salary $120,000 p/a + 11.5% super

Salary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax free
