We are seeking an experienced Funeral Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with families during one of the most challenging times in their lives, coordinating all aspects of the funeral arrangement process.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in funeral arrangement, conduct, or direction, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be empathetic, organized, and able to manage changing priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate funeral arrangements for clients, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in funeral arrangement, conduct, or direction.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to manage changing priorities under pressure.
* Current SA driver's licence.
* Current police clearances.
* A flexible approach to work hours.
