Operations Coordinator Job Description
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and streamlining day-to-day operations, coordinating jobs and teams, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all aspects of warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resource allocation on new and existing projects to deliver on client KPIs
* Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
* Works reporting including scope of works detail and project costing
* Coordination of import and export orders
* Documentation processing
* Data Entry
* Liaison with carriers, clients and internal and external teams
Requirements:
* Experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
* Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office
* Intermediate computer literacy and familiarity with software programs
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving mindset and initiative
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Flexible on work hours during peak seasons
