Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ensure successful business outcomes through effective resource utilisation, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Undertake a range of program and project activities to enhance program development and project delivery.
Conduct analysis of financial activities to align with multiple financial systems and processes to provide consistent application within the district office.
Provide support to the District's Program Performance Advisor in the delivery of the district's program of works, including management of the TIDS (Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme) program and project creation and variations within TMR systems.
Lead and coach program support staff, ensure appropriate skill sets and training needs are identified and developed.
Lead the project controls team in ensuring governance and compliance within financial, procurement, scheduling & DRFA processes relating to project and program support and provide input to district procedures.
Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Department Policy. Mandatory qualifications and conditions.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including criminal history screening and complete a serious discipline history declaration.
