Job Description
The Mobile Equipment Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of mobile maintenance crews to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of underground and surface mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor tradespeople and apprentices in the performance of their duties
* Ensure compliance with relevant Mining and Quarrying Acts and regulations
* Communicate daily maintenance plans and priorities to team members
* Allocate work effectively and monitor performance against requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a trade qualification and Supervisor competencies, as well as significant experience in mobile plant maintenance within mining.
