About the Role:
* Attend a variety of real estate and private residential plumbing jobs ranging from general maintenance, new installations, new homes and renovations.
* Diagnose issues on-site and clearly explain solutions to clients
* Provide accurate quotes and sell additional services where appropriate
* Carry out repairs including blocked drains, tap leaks, roof leaks, hot water faults, and gas appliance servicing
* Use ServiceM8 to manage jobs and record details efficiently
* Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, homeowners and other team members
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in:
* Drainage/Machine Operation Experience (Excavator Preferred)
* Blocked Drains. Use of High-Pressure Jet and CCTV inspections
* Experience and knowledge across installations and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of gas regulations and installations
* Heating and Cooling Installations and Repairs (Preferred but not essential)
* New builds, renovations and extensions
* Roofing installations/repairs
What You'll Need:
* Qualified plumber (3+ years of experience as a full-time plumber)
* Valid Manual driver's licence & White Card
* Strong experience with real estate/property maintenance work
* Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and safety requirements
* Ability to quote confidently and clearly explain work to clients
* Great communication, time management, and customer service skills
* A proactive attitude and pride in your workmanship
