About the Role Motors Hobart are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team.
As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support.
Responsibilities Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiriesAnswer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departmentSupport the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasksMaintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guestsManage the service reception area to ensure a qualified appearance at all times Skills & Experience Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service roleExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisationAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentConfident using computer systems and Microsoft OfficeMonday to Friday role with stable hoursSupportive team environment and structured onboardingOngoing training and development opportunitiesTeam member discounts across automotive products and servicesFull-time, permanent role with a nationally recognised dealershipMotors Hobart is a high-performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
