In this Manager Governance Program Execution role
You will join the Governance Program team that's doubling down on customer obsession. In this Manager Governance Program Execution role, you will:
* Create a single divisional portfolio view across all T&EO initiatives through the change lifecycle from idea initiation, concept, delivery and BAU transition
* Prioritise the cross-divisional initiatives according to the agreed investment priorities ensuring that there is a view on value chain impacts within T&EO and enterprise wide.
* Provide advice and input into the sequencing activities to minimise contention points
* Proactively managing risk through effective governance and portfolio insights to inform: GNFRC, RMC's and Risk Oversight. In addition: Portfolio scheduling/sequencing, contention, capacity, interdependencies and pipeline management
* Execution oversight to ensure Big Rock initiatives are successfully delivering to agreed outcomes and timeframes and remain within budget.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Extensive strategy and transformation experience, preferably in top tier consulting firm or financial services.
* Expertise/background within third party, technology, cyber, data, AI and/or risk domain
* Led and delivered cross functional enterprise-wide strategic projects with measurable client/business outcomes
* Commercial background to factor operational processes, strategic priorities, business management and risk into execution strategy.
* Adaptability, results-oriented and proactive in an evolving regulatory and risk environment.
