NPM Events is looking for a passionate employee who loves events and wanting to learn and grow.
We are seeking a full-time Junior Administration Support Officer/Packing assistant to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy office in Prestons.
The position is full time, Monday & Friday, 9.00am - 5:30pm. Tuesday-Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm
The Successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- An excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Computer knowledge in Excel and Word would be desirable
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Invoicing and quoting/ working on styling for clients
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Setting and attending showroom meetings or Zoom consults
- Follow up quotes and sales
- Working on schedules of jobs each week
- Printing off the bookings each week and assisting with the packing of orders
- Backup support to the warehouse team/ props

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
