Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end management of a residential property portfolio
* Lease renewals and rent reviews
* Professional communication with rental providers and renters
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Conducting routine, ingoing and vacating inspections
* Accurate KPI reporting
* Close collaboration with the Head of Department
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management (preferred)
* Certificate of Registration
* Impeccable presentation and strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a fast‐paced workload
* Strong problem‐solving and dispute resolution skills
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
* Proactive, motivated and career‐driven
