Suitably experienced and qualified teachers are invited to apply for this permanent teaching position with the leadership appointment of Head of Learning Systems and Integration for a 5-year period.
The opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher and innovative leader to join us in a permanent full-time role from Term 1, 2026. The Head of Learning Systems and Integration will oversee the College's digital platforms, optimising tools like Schoolbox and Intellischool to enhance learning, support teachers, and ensure smooth school operations.

About you
The successful candidate will be an energetic secondary educator who is motivated by thinking differently about teaching and learning and who is driven by the creation of engaging and dynamic learning and enrichment experiences for our students. Candidates must:
· Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the College's digital platforms, with a focus on Secondary School operations.
· Lead optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of Schoolbox and Intellischool analytics.
· Drive alignment and innovation in digital learning across the College in collaboration with IT, Academic Care, and Heads of Department.
· Act as key contact for external digital partners and support integration of other platforms (Synergetic, Clipboard, EdSmart).
· Enhance teaching and learning by streamlining LMS workflows, supporting teachers, and improving student experience.
· Manage reporting and analytics, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
· Deliver professional learning, coaching, and resources to staff to maximise effective use of digital systems.
· Ensure digital systems comply with governance, data privacy, and curriculum requirements.
· Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and data literacy to support innovation and consistency across departments.
· Demonstrate a passion for teaching, pursuing innovative thinking and interdisciplinary learning
· Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience
· Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills
· Promote and participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including but not limited to school camps and excursions
· Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare

Qualifications
· Teaching qualification with experience in digital learning or systems leadership.
· Experience with Schoolbox and Intellischool or similar platforms.
· Maintain registration as a teacher with the Teacher Quality Institute, including WWVP
· Current First Aid Certificate
