KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
MEDICAL AID
* Process and administer employee medical aid contributions and deductions accurately.
* Liaise with medical aid providers regarding member updates, claims queries, and billing discrepancies.
* Maintain up-to-date records of employee medical aid memberships and dependents.
* Assist employees with medical aid-related queries and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and medical aid scheme requirements.
PAYROLL
* Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
* Support audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Reconcile funeral covers ensuring accuracy between payroll deductions and provider statements.
* Manage and process ad hoc payroll duties as required by the Payroll or HR department.
* Assist with time and attendance systems, including Kronos Workforce Central, ensuring accurate capturing of hours, leave, and overtime.
* Support month-end payroll processes and reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Matric
* Payroll Certificate (advantageous).
* Sage VIP People 300 knowledge and experience
* Good communications skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good team-playing skills.
