What You'll Do:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for our growing workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
* Leverage your experience with large-scale payrolls (200+ employees required) to streamline our systems and support our expansion.
* Collaborate closely with our small, supportive team in a vibrant office environment – no remote work here; we thrive on in-person energy and quick problem-solving
* Start casually (flexible hours), then grow fast: prove your payroll expertise and you'll quickly increase hours while carving out and leading our evolving HR function – recruitment, employee relations, policies, and more.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing payrolls for 200+ employees – you know the ins and outs of complex payroll scenarios.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of payroll experience demonstrating proficiency in handling complex payroll operations.
* Hands-on experience with Employment Hero software is highly valued and will immediately put you at the front of the pack — if you've mastered it, you'll hit the ground running and stand out in a field of hundreds of applicants
* A detail-oriented professional who's efficient, adaptable, and excited about contributing to a small company's big ambitions.
