About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Swish Marketing. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our Perth-based office.

WHAT WE DO:
You will be a key player in our residential marketing strategy. Our client rely on us to provide high quality brand representation and customer services. We have found that individuals with a retail / hospitality / recruitment background excel in this role, thanks to their experience in face-to-face interactions and customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Processing sales transactions and processing payments efficiently
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales and customer service skills
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
What we're looking for
* Willing to work 5 - 6 days
* Competitive Nature and Drive
* Australian work rights required for this position
* Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
* Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
