Our client is a leading owner & operator of Retirement Villages nationally, focusing on building exceptional retirement living apartments with first class resident facilities including bowling greens, communal areas, and more.
The Role:
4. Sales with a heart - a focus on customer service and building and maintaining relationships
5. Collaborative environment with a great and supportive team
6. Pipeline of clients in database
7. Monday-Friday role with control over your own calendar
8. Represent product and services in a true and accurate manner
The Candidate:
9. 2 -3 years industry experience in Retirement Living or Residential Sales
10. Salesforce experience desired but not essential
11. Exceptional negotiation, communication, written and presentation skills
12. The ability to Build & Maintain strong Relationships with Clients
13. An Understanding Personality with the Ability to Show Empathy
