In this role, you will provide high quality administrative, business, and executive support for Anglicare's CFO and collaborate closely with finance managers and employees to deliver quality outcomes. The Executive Support Officer is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including business, administration and executive support, and must act with professionalism and integrity, and maintain the strictest of confidentiality, at all times.This position will be Permanent Part Time (3 - 4 days) although we are also open to placing the position as a Full Time role.Your RoleProvide a range of business support services to meet the needs of the finance departmentProvide administration support for strategic and business processesPrepare and coordinate communication including correspondence, internal communication and reports with accuracyAssist in organising and coordinating events, meetings, conferences, or workshops on behalf of the businessDevelop and implement administrative procedures or guidelines to ensure the effective functioning of the officeAssist with the development of processes and systems for the effective storage and maintenance of team filesAssisting with budget management, processing invoices, and ensuring expenses are tracked and accounted for accurately, including reconciling credit card expensesOrganise relevant travel, accommodation, and business arrangements as required by the teamPerform human resource tasks relating to processing vacancies, appointments, changes of employment, credential compliance and terminationsAssist to ensure Departmental processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and implement quality control measures as required by the ExecutivePerform various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the overall functioning of the organisation.What we are looking forYou will be professional, positive, mature minded, discrete, ethical and motivated to deliver high quality work, without compromise.
