Offer description

We are currently seeking a part time or full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Porter who is an all‐rounder, to work at our prestige hotel.

Responsibilities

* Check guest in/out
* Maintain guest accounts
* Manage reservations
* Answer phones
* Schedule quotes
* Parking guest vehicles
* Generate reports
* Solid organizational skills
* Strong PC skills
* Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
* Show attention to detail
* Show initiative and be a problem solver
* Be enthusiastic and friendly
* Have a valuable work ethic and be of professional appearance
* Exceptional interpersonal skills

Requirements

* Job Types: Full‐time, Part‐time
* Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
* Schedule: 8 hour shift
* Work Location: In person
* Available to work weekends and public holidays
