HR Coordinator / Office Manager – 12-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover - Full time)
Location: Inner City next to a train station

About the Role
This is a fantastic 12 month maternity cover opportunity combining HR coordination and office management in a supportive inclusive, and high-performing professional services firm The role involves keeping office operations running smoothly while supporting HR activities, OHS compliance, and team engagement. The culture is collaborative and people focused, the team works hard, supports one another, and enjoys having fun along the way.

Your role

Human Resources Support
Coordinate recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Manage onboarding and exit processes with accurate documentation

Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and record-keeping

Support team events and initiatives

Manage leave requests and maintain employee records

Support OHS compliance, including risk assessments and incident reporting

Office Operations
Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and facilities

Handle office maintenance and service requests efficiently

Maintain operational systems and reporting

Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational projects

Reporting & Administration
Provide timely reporting on HR, OHS, and office management activities

Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate records in line with organisational and legislative requirements

About you

Previous experience in Office Management, HR Coordination, or Operations

Experience in professional services or a similar corporate environment preferred
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Most important, you are someone who enjoys variety, is hands on, and likes working with supportive, inclusive people
