Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner - Tasmania

We’re seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner/Provisional Psychologist within our Care Squared Kids and Care Squared brand. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll make a real difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the life-span.
What you’ll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
* Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
* Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
* Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice
What we’re looking for
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
* BSP Registered Practitioners
* Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
* Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
* Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
