Job Title: Facility Security Manager, Data Centre Security
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced security professional to take on the role of Facility Security Manager at one of our data centre locations in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of the site, managing security personnel, and ensuring that all security procedures are implemented and enforced.
* Security professionals must provide comprehensive guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management.
* They create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a large, government-accredited site.
* Security documentation includes transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs which are drafted and reviewed by security managers.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all security-related activities are aligned with business objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
An excellent understanding of physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems, is essential for this role.
