What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales administration
* Preparing quotes, sales documentation, and customer correspondence
* Managing CRM data, enquiries, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
* Being a key contact point for customers – phone, email, and internal coordination
* Keeping sales processes moving fast, clean, and on track
* Assisting with reporting, scheduling, and sales coordination
* Proactively identifying gaps, issues, and opportunities – and acting on them
This role is perfect for someone who is:
* Familiar with metal fabrication industry (Preferred)
* Confident, outgoing, and comfortable dealing with people all day
* Highly organised but not slow or rigid
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Naturally persuasive and commercially aware
* Self-driven, decisive, and not afraid to take ownership
* Energised by targets, momentum, and results
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or sales support role
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and is computer literate in Apple/Mac products
* A proactive, can-do attitude with commercial awareness
* The ability to work closely with sales, operations, and leadership
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, trades, or industrial environments is highly regarded but not essential.
