Job Description
* Take ownership of the general running of the restaurant.
* Manage the guest experience and service standards.
* Control ordering, food levels, stock management.
* Compliance with food safety and WH&S.
* Create and implement local area marketing strategies to promote sales.
* Develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant.
* You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in hospitality or management.
* 2+ years' experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality workplace.
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
* Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid and Liquor License course desirable.

Salary commensurate with experience and in the range $75 – 85,000.
