The Role
As the Senior Commercial Analyst, you will report into the Head of Commercial & FP&A and provide full commercial and analytical support across key business functions. You will take ownership of P&L for several territories while supporting business development, portfolio management, operations, and innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, forecasts, and annual budgets
* Conduct feasibility analysis for new sites and commercial opportunities, including revenue, cost, and margin assessments
* Support business development initiatives with financial analysis and modelling
* Review capital expenditure submissions and provide commercial guidance
* Analyse car park or portfolio performance (pricing, mix, volume, labour)
* Contribute to innovation and transformation projects, including process and system improvements
* Liaise with auditors and respond to ad-hoc queries from head office
* Drive development and improvement of FP&A tools and processes
Required Skills and Experience
* CPA or CA qualification
* 4-6 years' experience in a commercial, finance, or public practice role
* Financial modelling experience, ideally including revenue optimisation models
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Anaplan
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and mentor
* Experience managing staff and coaching non-finance professionals
* Commercially minded with a focus on improving business efficiency and profitability
