Job Description:
As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, we are seeking an HR Officer to support operations across the NSW region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our organization's HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting & Data Management: Generate and interpret Workday reports, prepare graphs, and analyze key HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
* Payroll Liaison: Collaborate with the payroll team to support processing, salary increases, and bonus calculations, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
* Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day ER tasks such as performance letters, scripting, and supporting review processes to maintain positive employee relations.
* Generalist HR Support: Lead onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration, including performance documentation and contracts, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support HR project initiatives alongside business stakeholders to drive organizational growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a HR role is essential (minimum 12 months).
* HRIS experience and comfort working with data/reporting.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality in documentation.
* Experience supporting performance or employee relations processes.
