Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Marketing Team
* Partner with the Iced Coffee Marketing Team to execute best-in-class communications and key brand activations
* Manage on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.
* Collaborate cross functionally as a project lead to explore, champion and manage projects and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate
* Engage with our agency partners to create & execute bold, disruptive, unmissable brand plans
About you
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
* Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry
* Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards
* Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management
* Works both collaboratively and autonomously with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well to change and within fast-paced environments
* Problem solves with a courageous approach
