In your role as the HR Administrator, you will report to a warm natured and supportive HR Manager, with a primary focus on coordination, record maintenance and associate services. Your duties will include: Your Main Duties:
Assist in reviewing and drafting discussion records. Handle investigation scripts and outcome letters. Respond to employee grievances.
Supporting managers in conducting conversations including time and attendance, behaviour and conduct. Adhoc HR admin duties with a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Benefits to
