About the Role:
As an experienced Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Greenspace centre, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a safe and enriching environment where both children and staff thrive. You’ll also help shape the future of early childhood education by delivering high-quality care, fostering positive relationships, and continuously improving the services we provide.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
Lead daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and program implementation
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and uphold a safe, nurturing environment for children
Lead our Assessment and Rating process, demonstrating excellence in care and education
Manage the centre’s budget and financials, keeping everything running smoothly
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community, addressing concerns and celebrating success
Mentor and train your team, fostering professional growth and high-quality education
Ensure high-quality documentation that showcases the progress of the centre
Lead by example, creating a fun, interactive learning environment and a supportive workplace culture
Support and guide our teams within their services to provide the best outcomes for all children, families and staff
