* Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at our Coffs Harbour store. This is a full-time position with 38 hours per week.
* Responsibilities:
o Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
o Succession planning to ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
o Execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions.
o Understanding of Stock Management processes and prioritizing tasks.
o Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members.
o Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive business results.
