About the Role

We're seeking a Product Owner - Workflow to own and manage the workflow orchestration platform backlog and deliver workflow automation capabilities. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate operational requirements into platform features and ensure sprint-level delivery aligns with our omnichannel transformation strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and enjoys bridging strategic goals with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and prioritise the workflow platform product backlog and roadmap.
* Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for workflow features and enhancements.
* Lead agile ceremonies and manage sprint delivery for workflow automation initiatives.
* Collaborate with technical teams to configure workflow rules, routing logic, and integrations.
* Gather and analyse business requirements to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
* Define workflow KPIs and success metrics; monitor platform performance for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defect resolution.
* Act as the primary point of contact for workflow platform queries and stakeholder engagement.

About You

* 3–5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in workflow or process automation.
* Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a transformation environment
* Experience building tactical and strategic reporting
* Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian, ServiceNow).
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred.
* Experience with process mapping tools and translating business needs into technical requirements.
* Financial services or superannuation experience desirable.
