Job Title: Client Services Officer
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Client Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive environment that supports relationships with clients and their stakeholders, ultimately achieving client goals and outcomes.
You will oversee a portfolio of clients in Supported Independent Living (SIL) programs, including those with higher support needs, challenging behaviors, mental health, and autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring these clients' unique needs are met through effective coordination of care between support coordinators, allied health professionals, and our teams.

About The Role
In this people-focused role, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day support needs of clients in SIL programs, coordinating with care teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, exploring options and developing actions that meet their support needs and personal goals;
* Advocate internally and externally to protect clients' rights and promote self-advocacy;
* Promote capacity building and social inclusion to maintain and enhance clients' independence;
* Provide day-to-day supervision and communication to Disability Support Workers;
* Monitor and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and appropriate manner;
* Support clients during their transition to our organization.

About You
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A minimum Certificate IV qualification in a relevant area, such as disability or community services;
* A minimum 2 years of experience working in aged care or a disability support provider;
* A Victorian driver's license;
* Current First Aid and CPR certification;
* A current NDIS Workers Screening Check;
* Proven ability to provide quality support to clients;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Good initiative and flexibility to identify and prioritize tasks;
* A commitment to customer service and supporting clients to enhance independence and meet personal goals;
* High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet.
