We are seeking a Health and Hygiene Advisor to join our HSECT team, supporting operations across our Kalgoorlie sites. This role is responsible for coordinating occupational hygiene monitoring programs, supporting injury management processes and providing practical advice to ensure compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and external providers, the Health and Hygiene Advisor plays a key role in identifying workplace health risks, maintaining monitoring systems and promoting a strong safety culture across all departments.

What you will be doing:
* Coordinate and manage occupational hygiene monitoring programs including dust, noise, heat, diesel particulate and other exposure risks
* Maintain hygiene data, monitoring records and reports, ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements
* Analyse monitoring results, identify trends and provide recommendations to improve workplace health controls
* Conduct site inspections, exposure risk assessments and support incident investigations where health risks are involved
* Manage external hygiene providers, medical providers and regulatory interactions as required
* Support injury management, workers' compensation and return-to-work processes in collaboration with HR and site leadership
* Coordinate health surveillance, fit testing and medical monitoring programs
* Develop, review and implement health, hygiene and monitoring procedures and systems
* Deliver training, toolbox talks and awareness sessions to promote safe work practices and health risk management
* Support health and wellbeing initiatives including fatigue, ergonomics, manual handling and heat stress programs
What we're looking for:
* Qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Health Science, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, OHS or similar discipline
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Experience in occupational hygiene, health monitoring or safety roles within mining, heavy industry or similar environments
* Experience with injury management, workers' compensation or return-to-work programs (desirable)
* Ability to interpret monitoring results and provide practical recommendations
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with employees, supervisors and management at all levels
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
What we offer:
* Permanent full-time role with an immediate start.
* Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.
* Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.
* Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.
* Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.

* A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k.
* Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
