Job Description
* Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth
* Grow and manage existing strategic accounts
* Deliver technically sound hydraulic solutions
* Achieve sales targets aligned to incentive structure
* Maintain CRM discipline and territory reporting
* Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams
The Successful Applicant
successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong hydraulic fluid power competency (essential)
* Trade qualification or Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering background
* Proven external sales / business development experience
* Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset
* WA industry exposure and territory familiarity (preferred)
