About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team based in Fitzroy North. This role offers autonomy, strong operational support, and the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will be supported by full-time administration, state-of-the-art technology, and a collaborative leadership team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
* Working closely with the Head of Department to grow the portfolio out to 150 properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and tenants
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
* Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
* Overseeing lease renewals and rental arrears management
* Ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation and internal procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 2+ years' experience managing a residential portfolio
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate, Cert IV, or Licensed Estate Agent status
* Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A professional, solutions-focused approach to property management
* Current driver's licence with a clean driving record
* A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
