About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, problem solving and developing a successful career in sales within the manufacturing and automotive aftermarket sector.

We are looking for someone who enjoys converting enquiries into long-term business partnerships. You will work closely with various customers across Australia, assisting them with product enquiries, quotes and orders while helping grow the TUFF brand. This is a Toowoomba based role.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will be:

* Highly motivated with a strong "can-do" attitude
* Passionate about sales and the automotive / 4WD industry
* Confident communicating with customers and building relationships
* Well organised with excellent time management
* Comfortable using computers, systems and CRM platforms
* A problem solver who can think outside the box
* Professional and confident when responding to customer enquiries

Experience & Skills

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferable B2C
* Automotive or 4WD accessory industry experience highly regarded
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing environment
* Clear and confident communication skills

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with selecting and purchasing TUFF products and accessories
* Provide quotes and follow up sales opportunities
* Deliver excellent after‐sales service and customer support
* Manage phone, website and email enquiries
* Record customer interactions using the company CRM system
* Develop strong knowledge of TUFF products, systems and processes
