Overview
Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, the Administrator – Service Operations will play a vital role supporting our Perth Branch.
This position encompasses a diverse range of administrative responsibilities and customer-facing activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
Employment Options
Roster:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (inclusive of paid meal breaks)
2 days on / 5 days off
3 days on / 4 days off
Location: Perth Precinct
What you'll do
Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
Ensure external items are encoded onto work orders, priced correctly
Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Provide customer-facing support as needed
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
SAP experience is considered highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment
