 
        
        Virtual Rehabilitation Role Overview
As an Administration Officer ASO2, you will be playing a key role in supporting SA Health's innovative Virtual Rehabilitation Ward at Flinders Medical Centre. This part-time contract position presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to the delivery of quality rehabilitation care from patients' own homes using cutting-edge telehealth technology.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage consumable ordering via Oracle and assist with the management of Accounts Payable tasks.
 * Collaborate effectively within the administration team and broader Rehab, Aged and Palliative Care team.
 * Process patient admissions and discharges in the Hospital Electronic Patient system and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
 * Arrange appointments and referrals as required.
 * Provide exceptional customer-oriented administrative services, ensuring data accuracy.
About You
 * You possess the ability to operate the Hospital Electronic Patient system proficiently.
 * Hold proven experience in delivering administrative services to defined service areas, preferably in healthcare.
 * Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and empathy when interacting with diverse clients, including the elderly and disabled.
 * Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and adaptability in response to change.
