Care Worker Role
You will deliver high-quality care to residents in our aged care facility, enabling them to maintain independence and a good quality of life.
* Provide personalized care, companionship, and emotional support to residents.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility.
* Support residents in community-based leisure and social activities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
* Have experience in Aged Care or Community Care, or be passionate about starting a career in aged care.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for elderly care.
