Registered Nurse – Casual, Part-Time, or Full-Time (Permanent Night Duty)
Location: Sheridan Aged Care (Designated Urgent Care Centre Response Role)
We are seeking a compassionate and versatile Registered Nurse to join our team in a flexible position (casual, part-time, or full-time), working permanent night duty.
This role is based at Sheridan Aged Care, where you will work alongside the existing night staff to support the care of residents. You will not hold a direct resident load, but will provide clinical oversight and be available to assist as needed.
In line with the Safe Patient Care Act, this is also a designated Urgent Care Centre (UCC) response role. When physically located at Sheridan Aged Care, you will form part of the UCC's overnight nursing workforce and must be available to respond to patient presentations when required. This aligns with requirements for health services receiving between 5,000 and 7,000 UCC presentations each year.
This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in aged care, is confident in urgent care settings, and values teamwork across care settings.
Preference will be given to candidates with RIPRN endorsement or those willing to work towards it.
