A well-established residential builder is looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and support a busy Construction Support team within their building operations division.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the Australian project home industry and understands the pace, systems, and communication required to keep construction running smoothly from site start through to handover.
Working closely with the Building Manager and Site Supervisors, you will lead the administration support function, mentor team members, improve processes, and ensure a high level of service is delivered to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Construction Support / Administration team
Ensure construction administration processes are completed accurately and on time
Monitor workflow across site starts, progress claims, variations, approvals, and handovers
Support Site Supervisors with construction updates, documentation, and trade coordination
Maintain accurate data and reporting within Framework
Assist with customer communication and escalation management
Drive consistency, accountability, and process improvement across the team
Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Finance, and Maintenance
To Be Considered
Previous experience working for an Australian project home builder is essential
Experience in a Team Leader, Senior Construction Administrator, Client Liaison Team Leader, or similar role
Strong understanding of residential construction processes
Experience using Framework or similar residential construction software highly regarded
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Full Australian work rights required
