About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workforce Manager to join our People, Culture and Safety leadership team at a dynamic and expanding sub-regional health service.
As the Medical Workforce Manager, you will provide leadership and operational direction to the Medical Workforce Unit, ensuring a responsive, high-quality service to our medical workforce, students and Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Working in close partnership with the CMO, you will play a key role in the following for our Medical Staff:
* Medical staff rostering and workforce planning
* Recruitment, onboarding and orientation
* Credentialing and compliance
* Time and attendance processes
* Locum engagement and coordination
About you:
You are a confident and capable leader with a strong understanding of human resources principles, processes and systems. Ideally you will have experience in medical workforce operations; however strong HR leaders or Medical administrators with experience in stakeholder engagement and service delivery in a complex healthcare environment will be considered. You bring a solutions-focused mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clinicians and corporate partners alike.
