Document Manager
This role involves the management of all documentation systems, processes and records throughout a project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintain document integrity, provide critical administrative support to project delivery teams and drive process improvement.
* Configure and maintain document management platforms with appropriate access controls, workflows, approval hierarchies, establish document classification, numbering, filing, naming protocols and monitor system performance for continuous improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement document control plans aligned with client requirements, project standards and contractual obligations ensuring consistency across projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating document approval workflows, implementing receipt, review, indexing and filing procedures for incoming design information from engineers, architects, subconsultants and managing revision control to ensure obsolete versions are archived and current versions distributed.
