We're looking for a Service Manager to join our new state-of-the-art commercial laundry facility in Rockhampton and oversee our delivery fleets and customer service.

About the Role
As Service Manager, you will:
* Lead and support our delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient and professional service.
* Manage customer relationships, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Oversee the delivery schedule and fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to align service and production goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards.
* Salary range from 65k - 75k dependant on experience.
What We're Looking For
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience in logistics, transport, or service operations (laundry experience is a bonus).
* A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage scheduling, fleet maintenance and compliance requirements.
* A current driver's licence (MR/HR preferred but not essential).
