 
        
        We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional full-time Executive Assistant to join the team at a national firm. We are looking for someone who is able to use their initiative, who is proactive, and is capable and motivated to work autonomously. This role will involve primarily assisting the Chief Executive Partner and Chair. 
Duties will include but not be limited to; 
Desktop publishing and preparation of Powerpoint presentations 
High level administrative tasks including preparation of documents, correspondence and drafting letters 
Diary, inbox and travel management 
Coordination and management of meetings 
Production of reports and presentations as requested 
Liaising with clients and staff on day-to-day matters 
Maintaining electronic files 
Ad hoc research tasks 
Liaising with other functions of the business; such as Business & Development, Operations and Finance 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
A positive attitude and the ability to manage a workload in a fast-paced workplace 
Intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Powerpoint and Word and a working knowledge of Excel 
Desktop publishing skills 
Desired experience using document management and billing systems (such as FileSite and Aderant Expert, or similar) 
Strong organisational and file management skills 
Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised 
An ability to work under tight deadlines
