Role
As a Human Resource Officer (APS 5), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services. You will work collaboratively with employees and managers across a range of ATO business areas, enabling resolution of moderately complex HR issues and contributing to workforce solutions that are both strategic and practical. You will provide specialist advice and guidance across a range of HR topics, enabling business areas to make informed decisions and deliver client-focused outcomes. These roles offer opportunities to build relationships, develop your expertise and make a meaningful impact within the ATO.
