We are seeking experienced Drillers to operate a range of rig models, including DE880, DE881, and Boart Longyear LF90. Prior experience with mid rotary and Reverse Circulation pre collars with diamond tails is highly regarded.

This position is FIFO for remote exploration or mine-site locations with options for 4:2 (interstate) or 2:1 (Perth-based) rosters.
Key Requirements:
* Current HR or above licence
* Completed or completing Cert III in Drilling Operations
* Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID011
* Current Police Clearance
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Operate drill rig to OEM standards within a highly regulated operational safety system.
* Exercise 'Duty of Care' in all aspects of your own work activities as well as personnel under your control.
* Ensure all personnel comply with current HSE Regulations and site-specific rules or regulations.
* Conduct comprehensive inspections on all equipment onsite, including rigs, trucks, caravans, camps, and generators.
* General maintenance and repairs, including servicing and scheduled component change outs.
* Oversee correct sampling procedures and ensure core is marked to client requirements.
* Train, coach, and mentor Offsiders and Trainee Drillers in safe work practices and rig operations.
* Liaise with clients to execute drilling program successfully.
* Provide leadership and support for drilling and maintenance under your control.
* Maintain high standard of personal presentation, behaviour, and workplace conduct at all times.
