Recruitment Consultant – Out of School Hours Care
Location: Geelong (with team connection days in Notting Hill)
Salary: $75K + super
Full-time | Rotating roster with early morning and afternoon/early evening shifts

We're looking for someone people-focused, organised, and confident to grow their own recruitment portfolio while contributing to our wider success.
Your role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for temp OSHC roles in Victoria, building strong relationships with educators and services. Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a genuine service mindset are key - you'll ensure every placement delivers exceptional outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Recruit and manage educators: write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and match educators to the right roles
* Manage OSHC services: build and maintain relationships, understand needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Educator compliance and support: profile educators, prepare them for interviews, and provide feedback
* Grow new business: prospect, present, negotiate, and secure opportunities with OSHC services
* Contribute to culture: live ANZUK values, provide exceptional service, and support team goals
Who we're looking for:
* Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, call centers, or people-facing roles
* Confident communicator and strong relationship builder
* Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Commercially aware with emotional intelligence
* Full working rights in Australia, valid driver's licence, and willingness to obtain Volunteer WWCC
