Central Coast Local Health District is seeking Emergency Department (ED) Data Managers to join our teams at Gosford Hospital and Wyong Hospital. About the Opportunity
The ED Data Manager role sits within our dynamic Emergency Departments, where we are committed to delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care - and strong data management is essential to achieving this mission. In this role you will:
* Ensure data integrity, compliance and optimal functionality across FirstNet, PAS and PowerChart.
* Deliver accurate, time-critical reports and insights to stakeholders to support operational and executive decision-making.
* Support clinicians with system management, data validation and compliance to maintain high-quality data standards.
* Analyse complex datasets and partner with the Performance Unit to drive performance monitoring and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Demonstrated experience working with medical terminology, NSW Health systems and policy directives, with the confidence to navigate complex healthcare environments.
* Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret, validate and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way to a range of stakeholders.
* Experience managing data quality systems and can adapt quickly to evolving processes, technology and reporting requirements.
* Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and best-practice outcomes, with the drive to use data to influence performance and service excellence.
