The role
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
- Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
- Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong clinical experience supporting individuals within the disability and mental health sector, supporting wellbeing, independence and individual goals
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
- Car and License essential
