About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Membership Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Membership Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm welcome to all members and guests.
* Ensure that all members and non-members are aware of our policies and procedures.
* Respond to queries and resolve member complaints in a professional manner.
* Deliver club tours to prospective members.
* Sell memberships and complete membership agreements.
* Process transactions and manage cash handling.
* Organize and maintain the customer service area.
Requirements
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Fitness industry knowledge or relevant certification.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Working with Children certificate (NSW & VIC) or Blue Card (QLD).
* National Police Check certificate within the past 12 months.
